Take your taste buds on a tour of Carpinteria with the Chamber’s Culinary Crawl…a Taste of Carpinteria on Saturday, September 12th, 2-6PM in downtown Carpinteria.
This year features new twists and turns at every corner with 15+ local restaurants and breweries. The Fourth Annual Culinary Crawl opening and closing festivities in the new contemporary courtyard at the Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center. Guests will don their Signature Keepsake Aprons and then hit the pavement walking to a diverse selection of restaurants. Also, new this year is the Rail Alley will be conveniently set up in downtown where guests can meet the chefs while sampling their Tasty Tapas near the tracks.
Refreshing spirits will be available from Carpinteria Wine Company and Island Brewing Co. Guests will also be able to experience the Farm to Table Exhibit in the Art Gallery.
Traffic Solutions at SBCAG is offering free round-trip train passes for registrants of the Culinary Crawl. Passes will be valid for travel to Carpinteria from one of these three Amtrak stations: Ventura, Santa Barbara, or Goleta (value $23).
The Culinary Crawl…a Taste of Carpinteria will serve as an economic stimulator to our local economy, providing a fun-filled dining experience while increasing visibility and multiplying the sales of our local businesses.
